Lacordaire Heads of School Attend NAIS P.D. in Nashville

The week of February 23, Head of School Megan Mannato and Associate Head of School Suzanne Bilicska traveled to Nashville to attend the NAIS: Thrive 2025 Conference. This annual event brings together school leaders from around the world to engage in professional development, share ideas, and learn strategies aimed at helping independent schools thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

During the conference, Megan and Suzanne had the opportunity to listen to inspirational speakers, attend a diverse array of workshops, and collaborate with peers from other institutions. These sessions provided valuable insights on best practices, new strategies, and fresh ideas that will help Lacordaire continue to advance its mission and vision.

One of the key takeaways from the event was the affirmation that independent school communities offer students a unique environment where they can thrive and grow into notable change-makers in the world. Suzanne and Megan left the conference energized and ready to bring back meaningful strategies that will continue to move our community forward.

As we continue to inspire and empower our students, we are privileged to be part of such an extraordinary educational community, and grateful for the donor support that makes these experiences possible.
