Kaitlin Noyes ’02 is a leader in environmental education and conservation. She earned a Master’s in Conservation Biology from Columbia University, a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology from Roger Williams University, and is a graduate of the Duke Environmental Leadership Program. She is currently pursuing a Nonprofit Management certificate at Oregon State University.
Since 2010, Kaitlin has been part of the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS), where she now serves as Director of Education and Community Engagement. Prior to BIOS, she worked as a coordinator and instructor for Columbia University’s Earth Institute Center for Environmental Sustainability.
In fall 2024, Kaitlin partnered with Dr. Jennifer Zinman to launch Lacordaire’s inaugural Advanced Science Academy (ASA) program, providing Upper School students with expanded opportunities in marine and ocean science. This summer, Dr. Zinman and students in the ASA will travel to BIOS in Bermuda to complete their capstone project(s).

Andrea Hurt ’03 is a dedicated leader in finance and a passionate advocate for education and mentorship. She is the founder of the Upper School’s Melissa Martinez Memorial Scholarship, a fund established to honor the legacy of a dear friend while supporting students in their academic pursuits.
Andrea remains deeply connected to Lacordaire, recently serving as the Alumnae Induction Speaker for the Upper School Class of 2024, where she shared words of wisdom and encouragement with graduating seniors as they prepared to join the Academy’s esteemed network of alumnae.
This month, Andrea will further give back to the Lacordaire community by participating in the Career Share event, where she will discuss her educational journey and professional experience in the financial sector. Currently, Andrea serves as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Governance and Assurance at Wintrust Financial.

Isabel Cruz is a Puerto Rican poet from Paterson, NJ. She received her B.A in American Studies and Creative Writing with a Poetry Concentration from Smith College. Her work is either published or forthcoming with the Poetry Society of New York, When Women Speak Anthology, and she is a Reader for the Massachusetts Review. Recent honors include selection as a 2024 Featured Poet for the Dodge Poetry Festival, the 2023 Eleanor Cederstrom Prize, 2024 Five College Prose and Poetry Prize, and 2024 Elizabeth Babcock Prize for Best Poem. Since 2023, she has served as the Inaugural Youth Poetry Ambassador for the Paterson Poetry Festival.

Mary Birmingham is an independent curator with an extensive background in the art world. She began her career at the Whitney Museum of American Art and has since held prominent roles, including working in the curatorial department at the Montclair Art Museum, serving as Director of Exhibitions at the Hunterdon Art Museum, and as Curator at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey.
Birmingham is the author of Dynamic Impulse: The Drawings of Stuart Davis and has contributed to numerous exhibition catalogues. Over the course of her career, she has organized more than one hundred exhibitions and has written and lectured on a wide range of topics in American and contemporary art.
Beyond her professional achievements, Mary remains actively involved with the community. She has visited the Upper School for Career Day, where she shares her expertise and passion for the arts with students, inspiring the next generation of artists and curators.

Dr. Jill Del Pozzo is a licensed attending neuropsychologist in the Department of Neurology at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH), where she provides neuropsychological assessment, evidence-based treatment, and rehabilitative care for individuals and families in HMH’s Southern Region. She specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological services across both outpatient Neuropsychology Clinic and inpatient/rehabilitation settings, supporting long-term recovery and cognitive well-being.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Del Pozzo is an adjunct faculty member at Mount Sinai’s Brain Injury Research Center and Montclair State University, where she teaches undergraduate psychology courses and contributes to research on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and neurorehabilitation. As the principal investigator of the first study examining TBI and healthcare disparities among sexual and gender minority (SGM) populations, she is committed to advancing equitable healthcare delivery for underserved communities.
Dr. Del Pozzo completed a two-year Clinical Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Research Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University. Her training includes a pre-doctoral internship with the New Jersey VA Health Care System, where she gained expertise in spinal cord injuries, pain psychology, and mental health program development. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. in English Honors from Seton Hall University.
Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Del Pozzo remains actively engaged in community service, supporting local mental health outreach initiatives and advocacy efforts.
